Reception staff were extremely helpful in moving us to another room for our second night owing to early morning noise from kitchen fans

The hotel definitely needs upkeep and maintenance. The windows would not stay closed, walls had holes, it was extremely dark and musty, and the paint was peeling.

Christmas at the Parkside International
Staff are so friendly and will help with anything. Room clean and spacious. We could take our dogs which was brilliant! Tea and coffee making facilities. A bath as well as a shower. Fantastic! To make it perfect we would like a fridge in the room and a safe for our money etc. Apart from that it was great.
