"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended."
