Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location."

"We were experiencing a heatwave. But the staff were reassuring all the guests that fans were available if needed. I was upgraded because I'm a gold member on Hotels.com (love these little perks). The upgrade did not disappoint. Had lunch in the restaurant, which was delicious. Had the butter chicken and rice, beautiful. I had dinner in my room. The AC worked great, staff extremely helpful, even though they were very busy. There's a reason why I keep going back to this hotel. Never disappoints!"
