"It was all very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I found the lighting in the bathroom too dark to apply makeup. I ate in the restaurant which was fine, but if I am spending £38 for a steak I should not have to open packs of ketchup like it’s McDonald’s. "

"What I like most was the airy hallway section that had seats a bar and entrance to the restaurant etc. The restaurant deal of supper and breakfast was ideal!"

"The hotel itself is very good. But we used it for a preflight stay at 6am in the morning. They put us in a room directly behind the lifts and we didn’t get any sleep with the lift going up and down - then the hallway down slamming after everyone exited. They probably would have moved us if asked, but we got to the room at 10.30 and had to be awake at 3am. Just beware and check they don’t put you in that room!!"

"The staff were very poorly informed of services in the hotel. The check in took far too long. The transport from terminal 5 and back is pathetic! All the hotels need to get together to provide a comfortable reliable transport. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel at all. "

"There is not enough parking, and many of the ones there are now EV chargers. I got the last slot. I have no idea what I would have done if there were no slots"
