Nick was lovely and provided us with an ice bucket and glasses so we could enjoy a bottle of Champagne we’d been gifted. We’re already planning on visiting again and have recommended the hotel to friends."

"I was called down to Reading for a business meeting. Unfortunately, i am on crutches at the moment, so needed on site parking which most city centre Hotels did not offer, i booked this hotel as it was only a short distance away from my meeting venue, Iwas greeting and checked in by the manager, he then carried my overnight bag to my room for me, (thank you ). The room was lovely and clean with a vast array of nibbles and a well stocked fridge, suppliments applied. After freshening up i went to the comfortable bar , restaurant and ordered my food, the bar staff took my drink order from the table and brought it to me, the food was first class and very tasty, all in all a very satisfying stay, top marks to the staff, i would definitely recomend thus as a place to stay."
