Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility felt fresh, cozy and clean. It was in good repair with great water pressure. Certainly was convenient for us flying into Heathrow and then driving on to Scotland.. The 7 of us will be back next weekend before flying out to head home. Thank you!"

"I stayed for 1 night on my way to London. The welcome from the member of staff was excellent. He was really friendly and couldn't do enough for me. I'd seen reviews of the hotel so was expecting it to be a bit grotty but, although it is tired, the room was comfortable and clean (the bed was very comfy and I slept really well).
