"Second stay, staff are amazing! Only negative is the first stay had an elevator but the second had just stairs so if that’s an issue then you need to know prior to booking."

"TV control not easy to use. Breakfast could be better, more choice, individual yoghurt, better toaster machine, single cereal packets. Do not tuck in bed duvet. Fans in room would be nice."

"The window in the bedroom did not shut fully which meant the sound of the planes landing at Heathrow were particularly noisy. We had been moved down from floor 2 to 1, which unfortunately also meant our view was just the side of a building and the heating systems on the flat roof. Good location, nice amenities, but the room itself did not provide the best night’s sleep I’ve had."
