"Used this hotel several times before, but not for a good few years. Happy to report it hasn't deteriorated since. Didn't use parking but saw at reception that they were still validating parking in Cabot Circus. Well located, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice staff."

"The staff from the desk clerks to housekeeping were very nice. There is covered parking and a security guard which is nice as the hotel is close to downtown. The only issues were the amenities. The bed pillows really small) the size of couch throw pillows ) and there were only 2 on each queen bed. ..."
