"Coffee was awful pre-brewed dross with UHT milk. Truly disgusting. Get some bean to cup machines!! With your groups buying power this must be possible. Water pressure in the shower was less than a half hearted dribble wee. Bath took ages to drain and was possibly partially blocked"

"Hotel is very clean and staff are amazing. There are many good restaurants around to choose from. But beware that the hotel is located on a very busy street and the traffic noise is horrible. If you are a light sleeper that will be a problem if you get a room on the Lombard Street side."
