Initially, check-in was frustrating because you have to use a kiosk. But there was a staffer to help me through it. Finding the right elevator was a challenge. But another staffer help me through that. Other than that, it was pretty good.

The hotel does not allow check-in before 3 PM, and I had to pay an additional fee in order to enter the room earlier. Everything was very good. We enjoy staying at the South Point often. Don't like the $33 charge for things we never use. Resort fees are a joke. Just charges that for the room.

This hotel has seen better times. The location and proximity to the water park is great but it does not compensate the VERY rundown rooms and overall POOR conditions ( windows not opening, dirty carpets, ripped sheets….). The breakfast was great as long as you are ok with guests wearing pj’s.
