"Staff was helpful and quickly changed us to a new unit since the unit we originally booked was leaking water from the rain."

"Stay was great. Only complaint was one of the windows did not have blinds or blackout curtains letting a ton of street light in. Made sleeping difficult at times. Everything else was fantastic."

"Our last nights in Queenstown were enhanced with the awesome room which included laundry in the room. Bathroom had heated towel bar. We were able to wash all our cloths before leaving for home which was a big convivence not having to perform that choir after the trip."
