"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the rooms and facilities could use some updating, as the buildings are starting to show their age. My only other wish is that the pool water was a little cooler. Since the ocean water was also very warm, we were hoping to find a refreshing place to cool off."

"Comparing this to a previous stay at a different resort in Cancun and this wasn’t as good. Overall it was good, not great. Food was mediocre and not a ton of options. You only get a limited number of dinner reservations depending on your length of stay. The river next to the property smelled as if it had human waste in it and the smell was overwhelming at times. The property was nice and clean and staff were again good, not great. Was surprised at how few English speakers were visiting and working at the property. 4/5 stars"

"The property was “as advertised”. Beautiful views, spacious rooms, gathering areas to seat our 12 family members and a large infinity pool. Given all of the great amenities, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. All of the food prepared by the chef and assistant chef was delicious. Federico kept everyone happy by making them their favorite drinks. Manny, the concierge, made all of our travel arrangements, kept us stocked with food and handled any of our questions or needs. As you can tell, we really enjoyed our time at the villa."

"Amazing!! I would score it higher if I could. The pictures and description do not do this place justice. We had everything we needed for this trip; from beach towels, towels, fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need. We didn’t cook, but I went through everything and they were very thorough supplying the kitchen, even had glass food storage. Pool on sight and cleaned every morning. Beach is a walk up- amazing Playa Esmeralda. Take your snorkel gear. We didn’t take ours, but bought one for my son and there were plenty of fish on the rocks without having to stray far from the beach. If a had questions, they responded very quickly- Regina was amazing!!! The home was truly amazing. We were right in the middle of the two areas we wanted to visit. There aren’t a vast selection of restaurants around, but we did go to Girasol for breakfast- not bad having breakfast Oceanside. But we were 15 minutes from Zona Romántica in PV and also from Boca de Tomatlán. We would definitely come back!!! Thank you for the amazing accommodation. Our family loved it."
