My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information "

"We just got back from a 4-night stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and had a really great experience overall. The setting is probably the standout feature—being tucked into a private cove makes a big difference. The beach felt more secluded than most places we’ve been, and the views with the mountains around the bay were beautiful. We spent most of our time by the pools, which were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overly crowded. There were plenty of loungers, and the swim-up bar was a nice touch for relaxing during the day. The food was underwhelming but what we expected for an all-inclusive. Not every meal was amazing, but there was enough variety that we always found something we enjoyed. Service was consistently friendly and attentive without feeling over the top. David who worked around the adult pool was amazing! Hector at the buffet did a great job checking in and keeping things running smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the view. The resort overall felt well-kept and easy to get around. Overall, this was exactly the kind of trip we were hoping for—easy, relaxing, and a great place to unwind for a few days. We’d definitely consider coming back."

"The place was nice when we arrived. There was an issue with our room. We did not have electric electricity for about two hours when we arrived. We arrived there at 4 PM and the power was out due to some construction and it was not back on till 6 PM. The staff was pretty good they would follow up. The only thing that I disliked was the pushy sales tactics regarding a presentation that takes about two hours with a breakfast and they try to throw in some perks like a discounted massage. You have to be plain and just tell them no unless you are interested in the presentation besides that the hotel was in good shape. It was very clean. The butler was very good. He would reach out to me a couple times per day. Also, our Jacuzzi was not working for about a day. I did contact them about that and they did send somebody to fix it. It was pretty fast, but I’ve stayed at many five star resorts and never experienced anything like this with the no electricity and then the Jacuzzi not working, but besides that the place is definitely good but I would go back and maybe try another one. The sister resort is maybe a five minute trolley ride and you can see the ocean or be in the ocean, but the beach there is not very nice. It has a lot of rocks."

"This unit has a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach towels and chairs with umbrella if you wanted to have one in the sand, but we just used it on the balcony for shade. This was perfect! Plenty of fridge room with having the big wine fridge also. Bed was wonderful, water pressure was strong in the shower, so perfect.the owners Matt and Deidra are very responsive and gave us tons of good advice on what was around to do and places to eat etc. they are very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from them. Thank you for allowing us to have this lovely stay! Sue and Kevin. 10/10 trip"

"My sister and I just spent a fabulous week at Sherrie's beautiful Puerto Vallarta condo. The condo was lovely, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The views from all the windows and balconies was stunning. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the views of the beach, pelicans, and spectacular sunsets. Sherrie was the perfect host as she was always available by email, text, and phone if we had any questions. The pool and beach were fantastic and Sherrie provided beach chairs and an umbrella which we used every day. The enjoyed eating at the condo's restaurant a couple of time. We often took the bus or a taxi to the Romantic Zone, 10 minutes away. I highly recommend Sherrie's condo and I definitely hope to stay there again. "
