The space
This secluded vacation home is an architectural stunner decorated in a desert-chic aesthetic and showcasing an open-concept floorplan. Name brand furniture offers stylish comfort throughout, and central air-conditioning will ensure optimal climate control in every room. Host a soiree or movie night in the expansive open living room outfitted with plenty of seating, a wet bar, a handsome full-size billiards table, and a massive flat screen TV.
Just off the living room area sits the showroom-worthy chef’s kitchen highlighted by elegant designer materials and finishes such as a powder blue subway tile backsplash, attractive custom cabinetry, sleek pendant lighting, and a generous amount of countertop space. For home-cooked meal preparation, the kitchen is furnished with name-brand stainless-steel appliances including a stacked wall oven and microwave, an oversized refrigerator, and dishwasher. A gas stove, toaster, and coffeemaker are also available for added convenience. For casual dining, bar seating is available at the large kitchen island and there is also a dining table and chairs in the dining area for more formal meals.
You and your guests are sure to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in any of the four bedrooms furnished with plush beds fitted with fine linens and bedding. The master bedroom holds a king-sized bed and has an en suite bathroom through French doors with a spa-inspired design including a dual vanity and large shower area. The bedrooms have another king-sized bed in one, a queen in another, and two single beds in the last.
