Our house has been completely remodeled. This is the perfect place for couples, friends or families.
This will be the closest house you can rent to the Cubs Spring Training. Also is very close to the major freeways (101 and 202) which will get you to the airport and Old Town Scottsdale in 10 mins. In addition ASU is only 5 minutes away too.
Our house has a big back yard and grill so hang out in the beautiful Arizona sun and have a BBQ! We have all the amenities you will need. Contact us if you have any questions. Once you stay here, you will want to keep coming back every time you visit Arizona.
We also have a detailed guestbook at the house which includes things to do, places to eat, bars and much more in the area. And of course feel free to ask us any other recommendations.
You will have access to the entire house except one locked closet. It also includes a one car garage if you wish to use it.
We will be available for anything you may need during your stay. Please just let us know if you need anything and we can help you find it.

Spring Training 2019
Location, location, location! Location was good for those of us who are Cubs fans enjoying a Spring family vacation. We appreciated the grass in the rear yard. The home is nice for a small family.

What a great house, my parents spent 2 months at this house and where very happy. Owner Chad is simply the best! Once we go back to Mesa Az there is only one place we will stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, maintained with plenty of space home.

Excellent location and very comfortable home.
We completely enjoyed our stay here. The owners had fruit, bagels and wine for us upon arrival and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean and hospitable.

Wonderful stay! Use to house out of town guests for family wedding! House was perfect!
The house was clean, nice and welcoming. There were fresh bagels, fruits and water upon arrival which our guests appreciated. The house is located near shopping, restaurants and major highways. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks Chad for a great place!!

Great home base for Spring Trainging
This was an amazing home away from home for our spring training vacation. The location is great. Walking distance to the Cubs although we didn't go to any games there - it was a quick drive to Scottsdale to see our Giants and Salt River at Talking Stick for another game. A nice morning walk to Starbucks and a quick drive to Mill Street for a nice dinner and St. Patrick's Day entertainment. It was so nice to have wine, beer, fresh fruit, bagels and coffee waiting for us upon our arrival. Everything we needed was there: lot of towels, shampoo, conditioner and even extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours.
Chad was very quick to respond with any emails prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay here again for another spring training trip.

Family Cubbie Weekend.
From the moment of booking and all the way through our stay, Chad was very responsive. This made booking and arrival very easy. Property was very nice. It fit our family perfectly. We especially enjoyed the great outdoor patio. - The grill allowed us to cook easily instead of going out to dinner all the time. The location was perfect! We easily walked to enjoy the Cubs at Sloane Park. Overall, a really great experience. We will be back!
