With private access to Paraparaumu Beach through the reserve, the sand and surf are right at your fingertips this summer holiday - you won't even need the car!

Sleeping up to 9 guests, Turn Of The Tides is a great place to settle into with the whole family or group. The kids can play out on the flat rear section for the kids while you sit back, watch and enjoy a glass of wine on the sundeck.

In a beautiful area of Paraparaumu Beach, this holiday home is only a moment’s walk from Paraparaumu Beach Village with plenty of cafe’s, modern playgrounds, a skate park for the kids and the Kapiti Island Nature Reserve tours are all nearby. A local Dairy is just across the road. Good transport links are nearby with the train station and airport, with Wellington less than 45 minutes away by car.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Pets are not allowed, neither inside nor outside. Great weekend away in the sun
Me, my partner and our friends enjoyed a very nice and relaxing weekend away at this Bach. We love the big back yard to pass the ball around, the set up of the Bach is really nice and really enjoyed the new Weber they provided. Would highly recommend this place!

No Frills - what you see is what you get.
A comfortable spacious house with good indoor outdoor areas and great views. The weather wasn't the best for our stay - but the gas heater and great showers almost made up for it.

Great place; needs new mattress
Just as summarized, pretty much, easy in, easy out. The bedroom immediately at the top of the stairs had a mattress so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep even though I was exhausted, until around 2AM, I piled 3 duvets on top of each other just to make some kind of cushion feeling. That got me through the next few nights. It's the only mattress I slept on, and my mates didn't complain about theirs, so I assume they'll replace this mattress and all will be well after this.
