Walk across the road to the Napier Beach and playground and take a short stroll to the Napier CBD for shopping and cafes/restaurants. Unwind after a days shopping with the Napier Ocean view before cooking your own BBQ meal or fine dining in Napier.

Close and easy
The house is comfortable and easy to stay in. Nothing super flash but original style and has what you need, plus very comfortable beds. Close to the waterfront and just a short walk to town centre.

We loved the property, lots of original features, close to the centre. Beds great standard., hotel standard 👍, . The kitchen items could be improved, tons of knives, but no bread knife, 3 dessert spoons and , 3 bowls only .. as commented on in other reviews A little effort could improve the stay ,and the weeds out the front don’t enhance the property . We would stay again , overall it suited our needs.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, literally across the Napier Beach. The house itself and the facilities were clean upon arrival. There are two bedrooms that are beside the road, so you'd hear cars and motorbikes pass that was the only thing that was kind of annoying. But overall, great place to stay and would book again if visiting Napier in future.

Comfortable, private and spacious home, very close to the centre of town. Beds and linen were very nice. Cleaning not quite to standard but manageable for a couple of nights.

Spacious and Convenient
Great location! The property is bigger than we were expecting. It has a lovely outlook. As the house is built right by the roadside it is quite noisy at night, but we felt this was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location.
