You will feel right at home home while staying in this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home which features a private king suite, a fully renovated chefs kitchen and luxury bathrooms. Enjoy the city of Melbourne during your stay. You can easily take a trip to the beach, find local restaurants, and go shopping and explore downtown.

▸ Basic cooking essentials are provided (pots and pans, baking sheet, cooking utensils, plates/bowls, cups/glasses, silverware, salt and pepper, olive oil)

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in all of our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay then quality-checked.

We have security and noise monitoring devices on property for your safety.

Guest Access:
Self check in with August Lock App & Code. Instructions will be provided the morning of your arrival.

Please only use the smart lock keypad to lock and unlock the door. Do not lock bottom lock- will cause smart lock to fail and you will get locked out.

Many shops, restaurants, grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive.

Getting Around:
Restaurants and shopping easily accessible by car (many options 10 minutes or less).

Other Things to Note:
▸We may use noise monitoring and security camera devices to ensure our guests safety.

▸Only use the smart lock keypad to lock/unlock the door.

▸24 hr maintenance and concierge not available

▸Any issues/questions after 10pm may not get answered right away but will be followed up with ASAP

▸Security Deposit - $250 and refundable if no damages occur. Security deposit must be paid before check in. Guests that refuse to pay deposit will not be granted access for check in.

▸Extra guests - This space comfortably accommodates 8 guests. For additional guests over 8, there is a fee of $50/guest per night.

▸Only use the smart lock keypad to lock/unlock the door.

▸Trash disposal method: Trash pick up Tuesday and Friday

▸When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of our listings, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making us aware of any issues that you are having, and allowing our team to fix the issue(s)

A little rough
It wasnt an house uncomfortable but it needs maintenance and a few touches. No top sheets on the beds and the blankets were just dust covers. No door mats and since it was raining when we arrived the entry way ended up quite wet and slippery. The toilet in the master didnt work and my husband tried to plunge it and just shot water up and out. His only pants were now soaked in dirty toilet water and there was no laundry detergent so we had to find somewhere open late the night before Thanksgiving to buy some. We finally got to bed and the AC made a loud gurgling sound every few minutes throughout the night. The other Couple with us had to clean their bathroom before they used it but at least their toilet worked. The host did offer to try and get a plumber out but since we were only their for one more night and would spend the whole day at a family members house it didnt seem worth it. Had we planned to stay longer we probably would have just got a hotel.

Good location and modernized home
This location is a little maintenance away from a perfect 5 star stay. Cons: -Couch is damaged and has no legs. I believe a new one has been ordered. -Towel rack in one bathroom has been ripped from the wall. -Beds did not include top sheet at check-in. Top sheets were provided after two nights without. Pros: -Great location for all activities around the Space Coast and an hour out from Orlando. -Home has been modernized and will be in great shape after some minor repair. -Area is safe and has easy access to all needs whether for family, friends, or business.
