SCAM - never stayed at the location, they sent us to an industrial area
Don't book with this user. You will be scammed and homeless. We didn't get any communication 3 days before we arrived like we were suppose to and the host never responded to our emails or calls and ended up being homeless and scammed out of our money.

Great location
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The host gave very clear instructions on how to check in which made the process seamless and easy. We loved the location, it was in the heart of Downtown with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The unit itself was nicely furnished. We enjoyed the balcony very much, it was a great size. The bathroom had a great tub size perfect for bubble baths. Cleanliness was good but could be better upon arrival. In all honesty, although it was nicely furnished, both the bed and couch were uncomfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable that we had to pull out the air mattress and sleep on that the last night. I definitely would love to stay here again but only if they make changes to the furniture because comfort is a top priority for my husband and I.

Apt and grounds were nice and mostly clean, and hosts were polite and friendly at checkin. However the bed might as well be a cot we were displaced by the fire alarm about 45mins into our stay and then had it continue for 2 days, we also got stuck in the elevator for a bit. I understand that these are not things they can control but considering everyone’s else’s reactions to the fire alarm, it’s nothing new. All things considered I’d give it 7.5/10 at no real fault towards the hosts, give them a chance.

Good location, needing cleaning and maintenance
The location was excellent if you’re looking for a downtown LA spot near restaurants and venues. The condo/apt takes some time to orient yourself to. There is a reserved and covered parking spot underground which was also nice. The rental needed to be cleaned when we arrived. We were told cleaners had just serviced the place but the condition of the condo visibly said otherwise. There was leftover foods in the refrigerator and had to clean upon arrival. Ex: wipe down tables and counters, clean out refrigerator, and bathroom. We were staying for 6 nights so the cleaning was necessary. We also washed all the bedding. The sofa had hairs stuck to them from what we assumed were previous renters. Aside from the lack of cleanliness, the owner did send us drano when the bathroom sink clogged on the first morning of our stay. The process to check in wasn’t convenient. I wish there was an easier way. There were no checkout instructions either though we tried to obtain them the night before checkout. There was a broken shade in the living room that made it so you couldn’t bring it down without risking further damage. We made do but were certainly hoping for an easier entry to start our vacation and after a long day of travel. I rounded up to 3 stars because I respect the hustle the young owner showed but would t stay there again.
