Extremely disappointed.
Arrived at the property to find we couldn't get in at our booking in time. Cleaners turned up to tell us we couldn't go in the property for at least another 3 hours. We managed to get in to have a look while the cleaners were up stairs.
Door frames had been ripped off, air conditioning unit had been ripped off the wall in living room, chairs all cracked and broken in the kitchen. Smoke alarm broken and on kitchen side.
Worst off all was the pool it was absolutely filthy. Got in touch with the owner and all we got back was him swearing in a message telling us we're just pissed of that we could get in the property until gone 7pm ( to right we were)
We manged to clean the pool ourselves as to which 5 off our party ended up with ear infections from the dirty pool.
Asked if we could have our money back so we could book somewhere else but was told no.
Was on the phone to verbo for over 5 hours to help us out but they didn't answer the phone, so we carried on with our holiday the best we could.
