About this property

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A place to relax and enjoy the view!

You will love one of the best mountain views in Heber. There is a large living room just off the entry. Two comfortable couches let you explore the streaming TV, with Netflix, YouTube TV and Prime for your viewing pleasure. Every room has a ceiling fan and there is central heat and air. The location may be the best feature. It is 1.8 miles to Sandy beach, 4.5 miles to Cow Shoals for the trout fishermen and 1 mile to Walmart. Our bathroom also has a ceiling heater and exhaust fan.

In the middle of everything
My husband and I were in town for a family reunion at the lake. We were just minutes from the grocery store and the Dam Site pavilion. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband appreciated the ability to login to his streaming service and watch his shows.

Clean, well-stocked, convenient stay in Heber Springs
Staying at Linda’s place in Heber Springs was just perfect for my first trip to the area! It is conveniently located just minutes from downtown, a short drive to the grocery store, Walmart, Damsire Marina, and more. Inside, the place was super clean, comfortable with strong AC and well stocked with everything we need for a good meal, great sleep, and a refreshing shower. There were plenty of extra towels, bedding, and even an in unit washer and dryer. Linda was a fantastic host and super communicative throughout the whole stay. Can’t wait to be back!
