Nice property with dock - the house is small( 2 bedrooms) but was sufficient for our needs. Everything was easy to find and use - will definitely consider using again.

Family vacation
The house was cute and location was great! The property and doc definitely need some TLC. The kitchen was lacking many very basic things. There is no space to unpack personal belongings or food. Closet/dresser and pantry/cabinet space would be nice. We would consider staying here again next year if the above mentioned things are taken care of.

Really Great location!! comfortable for 4 adults and two children. My Wife I, along with my daughter and her best friend stayed there and it served us very well. really like the dock and lift for my boat.

4th of July stay
I did not experience any of the previously listed issues, but the weather was moderate and not extremely hot! This house was the perfect location from coconuts and has great access to the water. The only issue we had is that they only gave us 2 roles of toilet paper, so we had to run out and get some. Otherwise, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The neighbors were seriously awesome too! Would highly recommend this place to others

Guys weekend
The rental was as advertised, a newly remodeled two bedroom house on the lake with boat dock. We spent a lot of time out on the dock and in the lake. We did not find any of the issues reported in an earlier review. The house had plenty of towels and linens, dinner and cookware. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The ac did have issues keeping up with the heat and the refrigerator has a condensation issue, but our food stayed cold, able to make ice and we swam in the lake if we got too warm. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood seemed good. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. There where 6 of us men so the sleeping arrangements did not equate to the advertised bed space, but we knew that when we reserved the place. It was the location we were looking for. We may stay here again.

Pros: good location on the lake *Boat slip with easy access *Nice neighbors *Close to coconuts Cons: house was not clean (no mopping or wipe down) *mice! They pooped everywhere and chewed through our food bags. U could hear them running through the walls and ceiling at night. *uncomfortable couches *electrical wires hanging out *price is too high I would say this house has potential but issues that need to be addressed immediately
