"Where do I begin????!!!! Beautiful hotel stay and two of the most amazing staff members/hosts I’ve ever encountered! Taher and Michelle went above and beyond for my wife and I. "Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!"

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Staff slow in responding to problems. Took 1&1/2 hours to get a working TV remote on check-in. Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room. Free snacks were removed by someone & never replaced. Overall hotel is nice & in nice area w/short walk to bus/tube. "

"I’ve stayed her multiple times and always have had a lovely experience. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. On this occasion in particular, they found out it was my birthday and went above and beyond. Left a sweet treat in my room upon arrival and gave us a free drink at the bar. "Most courteous, welcoming and personable staff. Helpful in toting our suitcases. Because of the train strike we travelled by coach which ended up being a 12-hour journey because of traffic delays.
