Wotton House Country Estate Hotel

8/10 Good

"Lovely hotel with beautiful ceilings in the reception and bar areas. The rooms are on the smaller side but the bathroom in our deluxe room was lovely and spacious and I thoroughly enjoyed the free-standing bath. The staff were very pleasant and helpful even though it was busy due to a wedding. Breakfast was good but needed some more healthy options such as wholemeal bread! We hope to be back again, but we will choose a time when there is no wedding or other event booked as it would be an ideal place for a quiet and relaxing stay."

Wotton House Country Estate Hotel

8/10 Good

"Lovely hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside was that there weren't enough bar/restaurant staff to accommodate guests outside the wedding and birthday party being held at the venue. Dirty lunch plates were left on tables for long periods around the bar and outside area."

Woodlands Park Hotel

8/10 Good

"The rooms were lovely and clean and well presented. The breakfast room was light and airy and food was lovely. The grounds were well kept. A picturesque setting. The only downside was the bar was not manned and you had to wait for reception staff to call upon someone to come and serve you. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly."

Holiday Inn Express London-Epsom Downs by IHG

8/10 Good

"The hotel is located next to Epsom Race Course and has a spacious free car park (I expect it will be full on race days). The reception staff were efficient and welcoming. My room was on the 3rd floor accessed by 2 lifts (plus stairs). My room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, a 2 seater settee, a desk and chair. Equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk; a hair drier; iron and ironing board. The ensuite was a compact arrangement of a shower cubicle, w.c. and sink. Soap and shampoo provided. Free internet. Decent sized TV The breakfast is included consisted of a good selection of cereals, fruit, pastries plus hot food on a self service basis. Tea and coffee plus fruit juice also available. For evening food, there is a limited pizza bar service. However, the hotel does provides a list of nearby dining venues and a list of local venues that offer takeaway and delivery options. The dining area is quite spacious and comfortable."

Reigate Manor

8/10 Good

"Ample free parking. Hotel is a traditional style Manor House so has creaky stairs winding corridors, rooms are spacious and simply decorated and furnished. Housekeeping efficient and timely. Bathroom basic but acceptable however shower needs tweaking to get a constant hot water flow. Buffet breakfast was varied, cereals, pastries yogurt and fruits and traditional (but not extensive) full cooked English All restocked on request. Convenient for M25. Stayed two nights while visiting friends, would use again."
