"Lovely old inn located ideally for Harry Potter World and LEGOLAND. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, we stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant. Only slight recommendation for improvement would be that the menu for evening meals could offer a little more choice when staying more than one night. Our room was huge and we would definitely stay again. "

"I find difficult to use bathroom "

"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."

"Have to say I was super impressed with this inn. First off, the rooms aren’t big but they are comfortable and the bathrooms are big for England. The bed linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Would come back for those alone but really the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Specifically David and Anja. They were incredibly nice, amazingly friendly and super helpful. Some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. Thanks to both of you. Great place to base a tour...

"The Swan is such a great place. I suspect those from the UK love it equally, however visiting from North America makes the experience even more unique and special. If I were to think of a quintessential English Inn & Pub…. This would be it. "We booked for an overnight stay at a wedding. Room was beautiful, attached to a lovely pub, and the breakfast was superb as well. The best part of the stay, however, was the lovely staff! Friendly and helpful - they delayed breakfast for half an hour because my husband was stuck in traffic. Thank you for a fantastic stay"

"We came from Australia to be central to family for 6 nights. This amazing inn felt like home and the staff were so lovely and welcoming along with the food being amazing. Our room was very cosy and felt relaxing after long days out. I would stay here again as I have never felt so relaxed after a long flight from the Uk!
