"Although really clean, the bathroom was pretty run down and could benefit from a refresh. Super convenient to T5 and the pod transfer service is perfect. I asked for some hot water when I arrived as I had to wait for room to be ready but was declined which was disappointing after the long flight from Australia. Small things are a huge difference."

"Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I had the continental as I don’t like a lot of heavy food for breakfast and it was perfect. Really enjoyed stay. Had an atrium view room (577) with floor to ceiling windows and I liked it a lot. Nice amount of public space downstairs to sit around and especially once checked out and waiting to check in for a plane. In that regard it beats the Premier Inn significantly. It was just a bit cheaper it would be wonderful and I’d stay here all the time! But I guess you get what you pay for!"
