This is my second stay at this beautiful historic hotel. The attention to detail, kind service and delicious breakfast is one of my favourite! Highly recommend.

As we drove up to the hotel… my first comment was … let’s move on … the shutters on the hotel were peeling paint… My husband says it’s the back of the hotel … let’s go in the front. We walked in and the sole human, owner/greeter/staff, asked our name and we introduced ourselves. He said “yes … you have room 2” . And as if hypnotized … I went to room 2 .. it was still daylight. It wasn’t bad. We checked in. Went out on the town… which was a sad town. Came back .. and back into room 2 down a dark hallway with no light. The bathroom had been redecorated and was quite nice. At night we noticed that the curtains were sheer and anyone across our window could see in. My husband opened the window and closed the shutters which were shedding peeling paint.. if it weren’t that late in the evening… I’d have packed up and left… I should have - Should have left my $100 and moved on to a more acceptable location. WHY IS THIS ON EXPEDIA LIST… go check out this ridiculous Bates Hotel AKA Trois Lys before you recommend it to travelers.

Atmospheric, nice common rooms, great location
Location could not be more perfect. Fantastic atmospheric small hotel with a restaurant (closed off season) a lovely breakfast room, bar, pool (warm months) but best of all two minute walk to the beautiful main square. Even if only staying one night, you'll love this choice. No elevator and if you want secure parking on site that is an option.

Only issue was getting used to fiddly electronic door locks. Room was lovely. Pity Condom is so "dead" after Dec 1st. Willem stayed open an extra night for us. Thanks.

A lovely hotel in Gascony
The hotel is centrally located in Condom, a lovely town in Gascony. The room was comfortable, wifi worked well. They have private parking - which is a huge plus. The owner is very friendly and eager. I wish the hotel's restaurant was open Sunday or Monday (when I was there), but there are other options available.
