"Location was great, with a magnificent view to the Remarkables. The room was clean and serviced daily - which included replenishing single serve items (tea bags, dishwashing powder etc). It would have been good to have had some salt and pepper grinders as well, to supplement the ability to self-cater. It's a do-able walk to Queenstown with average fitness. It's uphill on return. Undercover parking garage is great. There are 30 steps to get your luggage to upstairs units. Maintenance responses were immediate - which was great. It's expensive, but worthwhile for a special occasion."

"Lovely hotel! Beautiful property around the lake. We are so glad we didn’t stay in downtown queenstown and decided to stay here. There is a ferry outside the hotel that you can take to go to downtown queenstown or if you have a car, it’s very convenient drive. Room was sooo nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it 100%"
