Very comfortable stay!
Jenn and Russ are most hospitable. They are there for your every need, yet not intruding. The place is so meticulously decorated and serviced. You get a five star hotel service yet it’s personal. The breakfast is very nice, too. Will definitely recommend. Downstairs room is smaller but you won’t need to move your luggage upstairs if they are heavy.

What a fantastic end to our New Zealand trip we are so pleased to have chosen The Establisment. The house is beautiful as well as the suites. Was so lovely to have so many areas to relax and Carol and Jim made it for us. They are the loveliest kindest people who went over and above to look after us. Would recommend this place in a heart beat and hope to return. The house is situated 10 min drive from the City which is perfect to get some peace and quiet. You also get to meet other people in the house and get to know other travellers over the family breakfast table. Loved The Establishment can’t thank Jim and Carol enough
