"Friendly and hard working staff, lovely, clean room with fan available. Shower was great!
Hot chocolate was a nice addition as well as the usual tea and coffee.
Vegetarian breakfast was very nice."
"We enjoyed our stay here in a large room with modern bathroom. All staff were very welcoming and friendly, felt homely. The breakfast was delicious. The view of the lake at the front of the hotel was stunning - we enjoyed being able to sit and watch the sunsets. Our only negative point was the poor wifi if you need it (which we did to remotely work so this was a struggle). Otherwise we would happily return."
"YHA set in a stunning location, basic accomodation with easy access to the Lake District set in stunning scenery.
Good food, friendly staff and excellent value for money."
"The location was perfect, a very welcoming atmosphere in all areas, lots of banter with the staff who were all amazing. The breakfast was first class as were our evening meals. Beautiful outdoor area, grounds kept to a high standard. Looking forward to returning."

Keswick Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We've been staying here for 19 years. We wouldn't keep coming back if they weren't doing something right :-) Breakfast superb."
"Traditional and slightly dated hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate and the food and service excellent. Its proximity to Keswick town centre is a bonus, especially as parking is free. After checkout we were told we could leave our car on the premises for the rest of the day if we so wished. "
"A lovely overnight stay at the Grange Country House. We received a lovely welcome from Michael, he was very informative and helped us to get settled in quickly. He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious the next morning and everyone that worked there was smiling and helpful. We will be staying again. "
"Great B&B quick check in by phoning the number on the door, keys in keybox after owner supplied code, spacious very clean room/beds ,tea & coffee, towels, shower gel, cotton buds & cotton pads (great extra).Great cooked breakfast, very friendly staff, 15 min walk to town centre with loads of restaurants.Free parking at the side of B&B"
"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was small but very comfortable with views of the hills. The tea and coffee choices are the best I've ever seen anywhere.
Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices.
The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic.
We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. "
