"Overall a very nice stay, staff all very friendly, welcome prosecco on arrival, trip in bentley which was nice, friend said spa was amazing although abit busy at times. only downside i didnt like is cost of cocktails were very expensive and over priced so didnt have any as refused to pay £15-18 for 1 drink. cocktails should be around £8-12. also my bed had two large dips in it which was noticeable so shame they didnt change mattress before i arrived and dips dont just appear over night for the...

"Great hotel, great location and lovely staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Bus 591, 555 stops just outside the hotel and can take you anywhere whether it’s Windermere, Grasmere, Keswick all very easy to commute. Some great restaurants around. Staff extremely friendly at the reception. Breakfast top notch - 10/10 for Manuel who takes orders at the brekkie area , always smiling. Would highly recommend. "
