Book a Thirlmere Cottage

"Very clean in lodge. Comfortable and warm. Excellent location"

"It was a great location. We did find the car park a little bit tight and tricky to get into (as the road was fairly busy when we arrived). The cottage was great and had all we were after and the downstairs bathroom was great for my elderly Mum. The two single beds mattresses were a bit past their best so the only thing I’d suggest to improve the property would be an update of those. Otherwise it was a great place to stay right on the river."

"Wasn’t able to communicate with the host before the arrival, but in the end I didn’t have any problems. The flat is centrally located, spacious and clean. While the kitchen is fully equipped, it would be appreciated to provide some toilet essentials such as soap and shampoo. Overall, I’d recommend it"

"Clear communication from James, great location and really comfortable accommodation "

"Spotless rooms. Welcoming staff. River view behind the hotel. Good place to travel around allocations. Very close to town centre."

"Clean and very comfortable property very close to Keswick. Cute little village with plenty of walks and fells nearby."

"Perfect location right in the town , with free allocated parking a few steps away just across the road"

"Clean rooms x lovely beds . Warm and toasty . Very central - really enjoyed it ."

"Really loved out stay at Little Mell Fell. Great instructions to find it. Set up really well for either a couple or a family of 4. Love that it's pet friendly. Was really clean and felt relatively recently done. The location was great to get around Ullswater and out to the surrounding lakes. "

"Really comfy, warm apartment with all the facilities needed. Perfect for the village, pubs and shops"
