"Couldn't fault it in anyway, very well laid out with everything you would need, really comfortable & cosy. We were staying in Daisy Cottage, Daisy the Cow was the theme throughout which made our stay even more delightful. Thank you Phil & Linda Woods for a wonderful holiday."
"The friendliest staff I have ever encountered from those in reception and restaurant. No attitude just so friendly there to help. The most wonderful staff I have ever encountered "
"A choice of dining options within easy walking distance. In spite of a somewhat run down appearance the Pinegrove offers great value accommodation with the essentials provided (comfortable beds, decent shower, TV, kettle with tea and coffee in the room)."
"From the simplicity of the free parking and check in, excellent grounds and communal areas, great breakfast service and efficient staff, a memorable, enjoyable 3 day stay."
"The hotel is ideally situated - while not being in an immediately picturesque location, its proximity to the M6, A66 and Penrith North Lakes railway station make it the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District in one direction and Yorkshire in the other. The staff are excellent, particularly in the FYR restaurant: friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is equally impressive and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. "

"Great little hotel, only a one night stay for business. Plenty of parking, lovely dinner and breakfast which was self serve so no waiting. The customer care team were great, my suitcase was carried to my room as i have a bad ankle. At breakfast the team kept checking the food so you didnt end up with hard fried eggs.Woild definitely stay again."
