Great location for Keswick, the bacon and sausage was delicious. Fab view from Osprey room of the fells. We would return for another stay.

Very pleased

A nice friendly hotel, would definitely come back. Excellent facilities, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The hotel is well situated just a couple of minutes from the town. The owner and the staff are very welcoming.

We couldn't believe how good the location of the Edwardene is, less than a 5 minute walk and you're in the market square. The breakfast is excellent, service friendly and the rooms spotless. We will be back.

Lovely place

This was the perfect spot for a solo hiking break in the lakes. Room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, the service was friendly and overall it was great value for money. The location is ideal, a 10 minute walk to Derwent Water and a short drive from Skiddaw, Latrigg and a number of other lovely fells. I would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Great location for Keswick

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location in Keswick. I was staying in a single room. The room had all you needed and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Slept really well. A stones throw from the centre and a 10 minute walk through a lovely park to the start of climb to Latrigg for those epic sunsets. Parking is on the road nearby and be patient for a space, you will get one. The breakfast was first class and deserves its plaudits. Wonderful staff and a delightful place to stay. Would definitely return.

Lucy is absolutely lovely and the house is gorgeous. The honesty bar in the lounge was such a nice touch, as were the very smart and crisp uniforms that all the staff wore in the morning when we were having our breakfast. It gave a very upmarket feel to an already outstanding B&B. Highly recommend.

Lovely old house though obviously dated as a result. Parking could easily be an issue though we were lucky. Excellent breakfast. Sound proofing within the property not good. Would recommend highly overall.

Stayed at the Edwardene for three nights and was first class. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The double room was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Now the breakfast menu was above and beyond,and everything is cooked fresh and first rate. This B&B is also only 2min walk into the town.
