Very dirty place. Leak in kitchen when using shower. Very noisy from flat above. Not cleaned properly. Rude owner. Would definitely not stay again

Horrible experience...
And when I say horrible I am being kind. We didn't feel safe in this basement suite, and wouldn't have stayed at all but we were very late arriving and finding an alternative at nearly midnight wasn't an option. When we entered through the backyard the backdoor (and how to access wasn't apparent and took some guessing -- and was super sketchy), and once we got in and started out decent down some rickety stairs we were immediately greeted by the smell of mildew. The outlets in the room were overloaded with plugs (we had to unplug to feel safe that it wouldn't start a fire). The basement lacked sufficient egresses in case of fire (and didn't feel up to code). Only two towels were provided for a family of four and they were damp. Lastly I had to kill three large spiders (the size of a grown man's thumb in webs) in the bedroom, which suggested that nobody had thoroughly cleaned the room in a long time. When we advised the landlord that we were checking out early they offered a partial refund 2 out of 5 days, which (to us) didn't feel like it represented enough culpability for the condition of the rental unit. We advised the landlord of this and received no response. This property should not be allowed to host any more people and I would be cautious about staying with this landlord in any property they list.

Close to everything.
I travel to Calgary on business regularly and ola was super accommodating , I booked pretty last minute and had to extend my stay and she was able to help with everything and very easy to communicate with .I highly recommend the property which is a basement suite with private entrance in the crescent heights community which has easy access to the number 1 and number 2 high is 2km from the nearest public transit and is about 3 km out of down town with numerous restaurants and small business's in the area . I will stay again in the future

Decent for a short stay
The basement was quite cold but heaters were provided. The accommodation was a bit small but considering the cheap price, it is reasonable. Location was great and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The owner was really helpful and friendly in accommodating our needs and the place was very well-equipped with supplies. Overall, it was a nice short stay! :)
