I had the worst experience ever with this place. This is a SCAM! This is not even a hotel. It is absolutely terrible, it is an open area, with open facilities for everyone in the village, it is just a bunch of kiosks in the middle of a rural area, with a public pool. Avoid it at all cost. This shouldn't even be listed in Cheap Tickets. But just to let you know how bad it is, I arrived, stayed there for 10 minutes while I booked another hotel (a real proper hotel) nearby, when I was leaving I told the girl from the "reception" (if you can even call it like that) that I was leaving for security reasons, I requested a refund and she called the so-called "manager" who said they would refund me but I had to go through Cheap Tickets for it. I left the property pretty confident about him being honest and decent (what I fool I was!!!!). I contacted Cheap Tickets told them all the details and they said they needed the "manager's" approval for the refund. It has been 12 days and the manager clearly is not answering their calls or emails to avoid refunding the money and Cheap Tickets is his accomplice in this scam. So if you don't want to lose your money not only avoid this hotel but also avoid Cheap Tickets all the way through!!! A serious company would have done the refund immediately after what I have described to them in private on the security conditions of this place.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Generally a nice property. Certainly not a luxury property etc.
Check-in was easy enough although staff didn’t find our booking at first and said it was room only (until I showed confirmation saying it was breakfast included). We arrived about 6pm and the kitchen was already closed, so bear that in mind if you book “with dinner”.
The room (African style straw hut) was quaint and a novelty for a European with a child. Generally the room was clean and facilities fine. It was a shame that two windows in the bathroom (all huts are ground level) were broken. One - in the shower- had a smashed pane of glass that people from outside could look through and two others had no latch so could not close them. This is a security issue as the windows are large enough for someone to climb through. A slight reprieve regarding this is that you could lock the bathroom door from inside the bedroom.
We sadly had quite a noisy stay. There is a fair amount of road noise, especially in the morning with rumble strips near by. Also there was loud playing nearby (sounded like a bar or social area?) which was playing loud music until after I got to sleep. Sadly this restarted at 06:40am with loud rhythmic base. I am not noise-sensitive at all but this did disturb.
The breakfast was fairly basic, but tasty all the same! Good eggs and very tasty fried onions and mushrooms!
