Positioned on the ground floor of this historical building, the apartment has been fully renovated with modern touches. The kitchen featuring Smeg appliances, stone bench tops and open plan layout are just the beginning of this cool inner city pad. Great for family/friends gatherings or a relaxing getaway with designer bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The unit is great for singles, couples, business travellers & is family friendly. LOUNGE ROOM - large L shape lounge with sofa bed, natural light and louvers. Smart TV is connected to a fetch top box so you get a whole lot more channels and access to Netflix, Stan and YouTube just to name a few.
DINING – very stylish extendable table large enough for 8 - 10 guests.
DESIGNER KITCHEN - is the centre piece of the unit with all appliances and fully self-contained. The large island bench is great for a large family or friends get togethers.
MAIN BEDROOM - has a King bed with trundle and walk through wardrobe to the ensuite. The side lights have a cordless charger for your convenience.
BEDROOM 2 - has a queen bed, trundle underneath and extra large wardrobe space.
BEDROOM 3 – has a double bed with a light and USB in the bed head. Also has storage under the bed for the extra pillows and blankets provided.
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY – has a bath, shower and toilet. Automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are also supplied.
AMENITIES - Pool, sauna and gym in the complex.

You have access to the whole place so make yourself comfortable.
The complex has a pool, sauna, gym and secure allocated car parking. There is also plenty of on-street parking, and visitor parking around the back.

LOCATION
Enviably located a stone’s throw from James Street’s popular cafes, restaurants and transport, and within easy walking distance of the Brisbane River’s beautiful paths and the Gas works shops, you’ll never be at a loss for weekend activities. Brisbane Powerhouse at New Farm is a hub for theatre, music, comedy, film, visual arts, festivals and more whereas Howard Smith Wharf is Brisbane’s newest entertainment and lifestyle destination beneath the Story Bridge. Head into the CBD by either a short bus or ferry ride.

The bus stop is right out the front and the ferry is a short walk towards the Gas Works. You are just over 1km to either the Gasworks and Woolworths the other way to Merthyr Village and Coles.

You have access from the front gate but would appreciate this being locked when not in use. There is a security camera over the entrance.
You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in.
A security bond of $550 is required prior to check in.

• Follow departure Check List on fridge when vacating
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• Lock & secure the property, close all doors & windows
• If keys are lost a fee of $550 will be charged for master key replacement

The apartment was ideal for our family of 8 adults. It had all the amenities we needed, it was close to amazing dining and shopping experiences. Public transport was easily accessible -we used buses and ferries. The communication with our host was excellent with all questions responded to promptly. The apartment is spacious and welcoming, and we will certainly use it again for any future stays in Brisbane.

Perfect location
This property was amazing. Large kitchen, living area which extended out into a covered courtyard. Well appointed with everything you could need to enjoy the stay. Ground floor with direct access outside. Walk across the road and enjoy a leisurely walk along the river. The pool area was excellent. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Fabulous property in top quality location
Extremely well equipped holiday retreat with thoughtful attention to every detail. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, the kitchen included everything one could possibly need, and it was a nice luxury to have 3 large flat screen t.v.s throughout the property. Julia was very helpful in all of her directions and communication and we are definitely planning to book again!

Great family place
We were looking for a convenient spot with a large open feel. Not small apartment style but spacious and stylish and Julia’s place ticked all the boxes and then some.
