In the municipality of Brezzo di Bedero, 4 km south of Luino, this well-kept 3-room apartment with a wonderful lake view is located in the residential complex Parco Belmonte, on a sunny hill 90 m above the lake.
The complex includes a large swimming pool with shower, changing room and deck chair rental (beginning of May - end of September), tennis courts (for a small fee), table tennis and a small part of the beach on the lake (approx. 850 m) with a boat jetty next door.
The newly renovated apartment is on the 2nd Floor of an apartment house and includes a spacious bedroom with * Grande * double bed (210x180) and access to the balcony, a spacious living room with leather couch "W. Schillig ", dining table with 4 chairs (core beech) and access to the balcony (furnished) with a very nice lake view, a small kitchen with dishwasher, and a small new bathroom with shower. It is suitable for 2-4 people. In the hot season, the apartment on the lake side can be shaded well with electric blinds.
The private parking lot of the house is directly behind the building at the entrance. Garage for 7 euros / day possible, if available.
Restaurants can be found 300 m and 1000 m away. In the area you will find tranquility in Mediterranean nature and cultural highlights in Locarno, Lugano and Milan.
Good to know: pharmacy, post office and bus stop are only 700 m away in Brezzo. A pizzeria is located 300 m towards Brezzo.
Supermarkets in Porto Valtravaglia (3 km) and Luino (4 km).
In addition to its huge market (Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), Luino offers many shops and restaurants.
You can also eat well and inexpensively in some of the nearby villages such as Bedero, or right below the lake.
The tourist office in nearby Luino will be happy to provide information on current cultural and leisure activities.
You will find boat docks both in Luino and in romantic Porto Valtravaglia (only a few trips possible here) 3 km south.
The pool area with lawn is very well maintained and spacious. The pool is 2.50 m deep, the separate non-swimmer pool for children 0.50 m. Cold and warm showers are available.
The pool area, which is only accessible with a transponder / key (hangs in the apartment), is constantly supervised by a state-certified lifeguard. The pool is in a sunny location. Some palm trees provide shade in the lawn area. Garden benches invite you to sit. You can get beach chairs from the lifeguard for a small fee.
The pool area also has changing rooms and toilets, as well as an underground passage to the sports area.
Sports facilities in the area: In addition to the pool area, there is another fenced play and sports area, which is also suitable for children. This includes the tennis hard court (extra fenced - fee), a small soccer field with goals, a bocce court and two weatherproof table tennis tables. Likewise, play equipment for toddlers. This area is also laid out with lawn.
