Im Eingangsbereich roch es nach Rauch sowie im Zimmer,obwohl angeblich für das gesamte Gebäude Rauchverbot gelte. Das Zimmer war dreckig, der Teppichboden wurde nicht gesaugt. Der Fahrstuhl sowie das gesamte Hotel könnte eine Sanierung vertragen

Schlechtes, absolut überteuertes Hotel
Nur wer sonst in Bremerhaven kein Zimmer bekommt sollte dort unterkommen. Abgesehen vom sehr lauten Autobahn Zubringer war das Zimmer keine 100€ die Nacht wert. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht! Es roch etwas modrig im Bad. Zwei Fenster konnten nicht verdunkelt werden, die Straßenbeleuchtung schien ins Zimmer und vom Parkplatz konnte man direkt ins Zimmer sehen (EG Zimmer). In der 1. Nacht haben wir Bettlaken zur Verdunklung bekommen. Am 2. Tag wurden 2 Rollos angebaut. Das war sehr positiv, blieb aber auch das einzig Positive. Das Bettlaken war für das Bett zu schmal. Ständig verrutschte es und man lag auf der Gummiunterlage. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke für das Doppelbett. Beides haben an der Rezeption gemeldet und um Abhilfe gebeten. Es erfolgte aber keine Reaktion, bis zur Abreise nicht. Am Toilettenpapierhalter fehlte der Rollenhalter, in der Dusche fehlte die Abdeckung für den Abfluss. Die Duschtür war nur schwer zu schließen. Keine einzige Steckdose am Bett, die Teppichsockelleiste wurde auf die alte Leiste draufgenagelt. Diese Ausführliche Beschreibung des Zustandes soll beschreiben mit welchen delitantischen Mitteln das Zimmer und das Hotel nach 10 Jahren Leerstand „saniert“ wurde. Für 100€ die Nacht ist das Hotel und das Zimmer eine Katastrophe.

Übernachtung in der Suite
Kritik: Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig - zumindest die Suite, die wir bezogen haben. Ein Teil der Fenster schließt nicht mehr richtig, Zimmer liegt unter dem Dach und wird im Sommer sehr warm, TV Empfang war gestört (Öffentlich-rechtliche Sender), drittes Bett (Sofa) wurde erst bei unserer Ankunft bezogen, wobei wir die Bettdecke noch selbst beziehen durften, drittes Set an Handtüchern fehlte. Wasserkocher vorhanden, wurde aber nicht benutzt. Der "Knüller" waren die zwei Teebeutel "Anis-Fenchel-Kümmel" Tee! Zimmerkühlschrank defekt. Positiv: Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig mit freundlicher Bedienung und frisch zubereiteten Eiern.

Zimmer groß und komfortabel, aber Mini-malst beleuchtet, Schreibtisch klebt vor Schmutz, Fenster vermutlich Jahre nicht geputzt, Waschbecken und Tisch nicht geputzt (Wasserflecken). Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung umfasst wohl nur den Austausch der Handtücher und Bett machen. Angepriesene Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer fehlt, stattdessen nur großer 1,5 Liter Wasserkocher, der sich jedoch im Badewaschbecken nicht befüllen lässt, Tee oder Kaffee dazu Fehlanzeige. Service: Empfang unfreundlich, Infos zur Stadt oder Stadtplan nicht erhältlich. Frühstück für 10,-, Reichhaltig, Filterkaffee sehr gut; Wurst, Butter, Jogurt usw. leider alles ungekühlt, Toastbrot ohne Toaster.
