"We only stayed one night before catching a flight home. The hotel only had "bamboo" rooms available which looked neat and interesting but functionally I didn't really like. The bathroom was not enclosed nor was the window because of the bamboo decor. There was a lot of street noise which made it difficult to sleep. The A/C wasn't too strong. We stayed here as a family of five. The staff were absolutely amazing, constantly going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were initially quite overwhelmed when we arrived as the reception area was very full and busy - if you experience this, please don’t let it deter you, this hotel is fabulous.
