Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

A gem hotel inside the winding roads of old Hanoi. Located conveniently to so many attractions but still ensuring a relatively quiet stay despite us being on 2nd floor.
The breakfast was amazing. The hot food changed every day and the lemongrass tea! (I’m inspired to make it on my own).
The staff from every step from the lobby to luggage assistance to the breakfast to the wonderful cleaning ladies are all angels and super helpful. I appreciate the treatment we received in my first trip to Vietnam and hope to be back soon.

Lovely hotel, beautiful. We were just abit disappointed that our room type was only available on the 2nd floor meaning no outside view. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this in advance. Sky bar also unavailable due to private functions. Other than that, it was a lovely building with excellent staff.
