Riviera Maya Scuba Diving Holidays

We loved this resort. Rooms were great, we booked two privileged level rooms. They were so clean. The staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Suggestion to be sure to book your reservations for dinner’s the night you get there for the whole time. We were able to get into three reservations. And we did have dinner one night at Beloved. We spent a day at each of the five pools. Loved the two swim up bars. Make sure to check the theatre schedule as we found the shows to also be worth it. Great selection of items in both of the shops as well. We also loved that we could walk to the marina. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and eating at the burrito restaurant. We were able to swim at the beach without beach shoes, although it is a little rocky in spots. I would recommend taking a snorkel and mask as we purchased one there. There are a lot of fish to see just at the resort in the ocean. Definitely would recommend this resort.

Upon arrival, we had two people walk into our room without knocking. We did check in just a little bit early, but we figured it would be communicated. A few days later, they came to drop towels off and we didn’t hear the door knocking and they proceeded to also walk in. Other than those experiences, the room was great. It was very modern and spacious. The bathroom door doesn’t finish all the way to the ceiling and close all the way. It did not feel private at all. The pool areas also don’t have a Jacuzzi, which was a negative since the days weren’t too hot and the pool water was very cold. The entertainment of the evening was great every night. The food at the restaurants was just OK. We preferred the buffet since there was more option. The other thing we don’t like is the pressure of trying to buy whatever program they’re trying to sell. The other thing to note would be that our original reservation was at the other hotel which would’ve had our room facing south and would’ve made our pool area maybe a little bit warmer.

Our vacation was AWESOME! The resort is large enough for privacy but compact enough to allow easy access to all amenities. The room was beautiful and food was on point. The staff is amazing and go out of way to make sure everything is to our liking.
