The experience was good but the room was little different from shown on images even though clean.

Had a great stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the Diamond Club package, and it truly elevated our vacation. The butler service, premium drinks, and exclusive amenities made a noticeable difference from the moment we arrived. Our two connected beachfront rooms were perfect for our family, allowing us to stay close to our kids while still enjoying privacy. Waking up to the ocean view every morning and relaxing in the private hot tubs on both balconies was incredible. We also loved the evening turndown service, which created a peaceful atmosphere after long days of fun. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The resort itself is fantastic. The pools, activities, kids’ and teens’ areas, and entertainment kept everyone in our family happy throughout the trip. The food was very good overall, with plenty of variety, but I believe this resort has the potential to become truly exceptional by investing in more personalized chef-driven dining experiences and elevating some restaurants, especially the sushi offerings. Overall, this was an amazing family vacation. The Diamond Club experience was absolutely worth it, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
