Kids club should make an effort to keep the kids busy and parents free, there are several rules and they call you whenever something is off with the kids, we couldn't enjoy a (well paid) spa moment because we had our phone buzzing. In general the staff is kind, but they approach their rules without context making things more complicated/frustrating than they supposed to be. The app is a disaster."

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. "LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Being steps away from the beach you just cant beat that! The staff at the house were amazing and very helpful in keeping everything clean, including the seaweed off the beach. We did the meal service 2 nights and were a bit underwhelmed with the food quality. But the bartender service was totally worth it. The house its self has some wear and tear I feel like could be updated but overall it was a amazing house, location and time spent. We would definitely come back. "

"Amazing property. Super well kept and very clean. Kitchenette had everything you needed you make a simple breakfast and drink coffee out on the porch before walking 30 steps to the beach. Luis, the property manager, was extremely communicative, gave great recommendations, felt like he was invested in our time being the best it could. He was also out every morning at sunrise cleaning the beach and organizing chairs to make sure it was perfect for everyone staying there. I was traveling with my partner. We are in our early 30s and it was exactly what we’re looking for. Not loud at all. A few other people staying there with a similar vibe. Pretty much our own private paradise. The place is on a dirt road that has guards 24/7 that you had to show your exact QR code to to gain entrance making the whole thing feel very safe. The guards were very nice. 10/10. Would definitely come back and encourage everyone we know to stay here. If you’re looking to party, this is not the spot for you. If you are looking for great food nearby, easy access to Tulum downtown, and Cenotes 1000% this is your paradise. "
