This property is very tired. It requires a lot of fixing. Carpet in room worn & dirty. Rotten wall around air conditioner. Paint lifting in bathroom.

The listing on Expedia notes an elevator for accessibility and that it is two floors. Upon checking in, my family was given a room on the 2nd floor. We had 4 peoples' worth of luggage to get out of our truck and get upstairs, and I asked if there was a cart, but the clerk at the counter couldn't locate one and said people must have taken them to their rooms. I asked where the elevator was so we could just carry our luggage, but she said there was no elevator. Guess a cart doesn't do much good, then. I also asked about a later checkout, since we were checking in very late due to traffic, but she just said if we checked out after 11am there would be additional charges. Thanks.

The easy access from the freeway was a big plus. Traveled with bicycles and staff graciously accomodated our ground floor preference so we could move our bikes in and out simply and quickly.
