This detached cottage is set in a peaceful, rural location, with the garden enveloping you. The outside space is enticing, with comfortable outdoor seating and sun loungers, a BBQ out on the patio and, best of all, a top of the range hot tub, with bubbles, jets and bluetooth speakers. Out here time can slip away far too easily, much like a good bottle of wine.



Stepping inside the property from the drive way you enter into the hall, which leads you through into the heart of the home; the exquisite open plan living area. Catering to your culinary needs is a well-equipped kitchen, with sweeping granite worktops, high spec appliances and contemporary stylish units, as well as all the essentials that you will require to whip up a delicious evening meal for you and your loved ones. The attention to detail is second to none, and you have everything you could wish for an indulgent, memorable stay, including a Nespresso-Virtuoso for those coffee lovers. Soak up the atmosphere as your loved ones gather around the dining table; this is an exceptionally beautiful setting for your evening meals. Flowing from the dining area you have the open plan lounge, with sofas you could all too easily fall asleep on, as they are so cosy and inviting, especially after a day of exploration and high-spirited adventure. Layering soft throws, luxe cushions, and deep rugs to sink your feet into, this room is a sensory sensation. You also have a charming snug with furniture chosen with your comfort in mind. Glass double doors from this room open out onto the patio.

This historical city boasts a fascinating past, which you can discover first hand at the many museums, including the Yorvik Viking centre; you can also walk along the city’s Roman walls, be awestruck in the towering Minster, or if you feel brave why not join a ghost tour? Venturing further afield attractions include the majestic North York Moors or the coastal locations of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey. Or spend a day at the majestic Castle Howard.
