The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It is across the street from the bay and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the boat taxi. The hotel and rooms are dated but self contained and spacious. They offer underground parking which is convenient and secure. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is dated but the price reflects that. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking below was secure (you pay a fee for that). We had an amazing view of English Bay and will be going back again.

The hotel, hallways and room were very old and musty but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly. The underground parkade is very steep and narrow to get into.

It's an older, run down hotel. Very full of character. If you want the Hilton, I suggest the Hilton. We like character hotels with a bit of history and this definitely had it. Easy underground parking for $25, loads of restaurants in walking distance.

Very nice gentleman at front desk with kind greetings. Managed to get ocean view room. It’s all older but clean and convenient and affordable for beachfront downtown Vancouver. Mediterranean restaurant on main floor. Lots of food options within one block walking.
