Pleasant staff and cute, vintage hotel. I was pleased with the facilities for the price paid and going in with reasonable expectations of an older hotel. I would flag for consideration that for those easily disturbed by noise, this older building has fairly thin/uninsulated interior walls and the sounds of other guests may be audible. I could hear the person next door coughing pretty clearly during my stay; nevertheless, as an urban Seattleite, I didn’t find this noise to be disruptive of my stay or sleep. I definitely feel like the room I stayed in could use a little TLC/repair, and the bathroom lighting was a bit dim in the shower area. All that said, for the price paid and location, I’d recommend staying here and would definitely stay again if I find myself in downtown Vancouver. The big plus for me was the parking situation; it’s a quiet private lot behind to hotel with controlled access. I felt safe leaving my soft top convertible parked there during my visit. I believe the parking rate was $30 Canadian at the time of my visit; reasonable for the area. Thanks for a great stay!

The bathroom smell mold because of the wooden flooring, the furnitures super old and not good , the hotel smell like old moldy houses, my request was very simple I asked them I need 5 towels every day and I don’t want housekeeping services, and this request I was asking for it every day and not happening, i talked to the receptionist the guy in the Indian morning lady and it was the same ! No trowels and they wanna come and clean the room !!! The elevator took so long to come ! Location was good and nothing else

This hotel was located just west of the downtown core and very walkable. It was quite and although slightly dated it had all the extra amenities (fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster coffee maker) that you would need to save when spending the night in Vancouver. It was also the cheapest. Well worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

We travelled to Van for only a couple of days and the area in which this hotel is located at was perfect - so many great restaurants and shopping places around. The hotel itself was amazing! The staff is super friendly, sweet and very accommodating. They gave us recommendations on places to visit and were helpful with whatever we needed. The suites are super spacious, clean, the views are nice and the area gets quiet at night so you get an undisturbed, relaxing sleep. 10/10 would recommend and will be back(:
