The newly furnished house is quietly located in the middle of a small forest, with no through traffic.



Furnishings:

☆ Bedroom with two single beds (90×200 cm), Tempur mattresses, electric slatted frames, and two wardrobes.

☆ Living room with extendable L-shaped sofa, recliner, large TV, ceiling fan, and pellet stove (pellets available on site for an extra fee).

☆ New fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee and capsule machine. Initial supply of coffee, spices, and detergent is provided.

☆ Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, and raised toilet.

☆ Large winter garden with dining area.

☆ Private parking under the carport.

☆ Beautiful, secluded garden with private sauna (for an extra fee), outdoor shower, sun loungers, pavilion, large terrace, and barbecue.

☆ All windows with electric shutters and insect screens.



Surroundings:

The town of Wegberg is known as the "Mill Town" with 14 historic water mills. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails. The De Meinweg national park region offers ideal conditions for relaxation. Wegberg has an indoor swimming pool, and neighboring towns offer more pools. Several lakes nearby invite you to linger. For water sports, Effeld, Amici Beach, or the Maasplassen in Roermond are easily accessible. Other activities: golf, mini golf, horse riding, museums, good restaurants, and much more.



Nearby cities: Mönchengladbach approx. 25 km, Düsseldorf approx. 50 km, Cologne approx. 75 km, Aachen approx. 50 km, Roermond approx. 30 km. Many shopping options within about 3 km.

Het nodigt uit om terug tw komen!

Pros: Het huis en tuin was voorzien van alles, ( A Home Away From HOME ), maar dan met volledige rust want je bent niet bezig met de dagelijkse dingen als thuis. Ook als het regent kon men goed vermaken in de serre met spelletjes, lezen, enz. Vanuit het huis kan je ook leuke uitstapjes maken naar restauranten, winkels, boodschappen in de nabij omgeving, of een korte rit naar grote steden zoals Monchengladbach, Roermond enz. Het was een leuke tijd samen als gezin, ook met een jongetje van 10 jaar en wij komen zekerrrr terug! Cons: N.V.T

Pros: Es hat einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten eine Sauna und eine Außendusche . Fam. Kirschbaum sind sehr nette Vermieter .Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub wir kommen wieder
