Beautiful, private residence located in a quiet subdivision neighborhood that offers a community pool, community playground, and private trampoline. Only 3.6 miles from the football stadium and 5.3 miles to Toomer's Corner. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor, with 1 bedroom up stairs. Full kitchen, keurig, and party deck with propane grill. Beautiful master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The master king bed is a Sleep Number mattress so you can control your comfort/firmness level. In addition to the 1 king bed, there is 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Gas Grill located on back deck for your BBQ needs. Trampoline in backyard and lots of board games available for the kids/adults. Large driveway for multiple vehicles. No pets or smoking allowed. Cat normally lives in this house when not rented, so those with allergies or sensitivities please be aware. Not handicapped accessible home-a few stairs required for entry.

Incredible home,location,neighborhood and weekend!

To begin with, communication with the owner was effortless and fast. This gave me peace of mind with the rest of my planning g for a big Graduation weekend with my Auburn senior and family. When arrived we were impressed with the very beautiful home. It was spacious, immaculate and beautiful but looked and was very comfortable and inviting. We were very pleased! My daughter was greeted with a very thoughtful graduation gift which brought a beautiful smile to her face! This thoughtfulness and kindness was priceless! The entire weekend was simply wonderful!!! The location was VERY convenient and we were simply blow away at how organized the homeowner is. The “renters manual” left nothing to wonder about with respect to the home. It covered every detail from the rules to the step by step instructions to the remote control which had added pictures!!! My entire family was impressed with this home - inside and out and I appreciated their generosity of her entire home and essentials. You will NOT be disappointed with this home. It is hands down the best experience I have ever had with renting someone’s home!!!!!
