Highly recommend this property for your next visit to Watkins Glenn. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and to Seneca Lake to catch the shuttle to tour the wineries. Would definitely stay here on our next visit!

Perfect location

5 minute walk to the Gorge and 5 minute drive to the lake or 20 minute walk…the local bar was just around the corner and many nice restaurants downtown.

Clean & Convenient location

This was a very cozy and clean guest house. The owners were very attentive and prompt in communicating with us when we couldn't access Vrbo's online messages (error - try again - for 2 days). The house is very conveniently located in the town - close to coffee, food and shops.

Very small room. Clean, comfortable bed, but tight to move around. Adequate for one night stay. Very walkable neighborhood. No separate sink for kitchen area, but can't really cook, so not an issue. Only one comfortable seat, so if traveling with someone, one must sit on bed.

We stayed in February, so the comfortable bed, nice towels, and warmth was appreciated! Excellent communication with host. In the kitchen area, we missed having a sink, drinking glasses, cutting board, and knives.

Excellent experience!

The Guest House was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was a comfortable stay indeed! We loved being within walking distance to the park and downtown. We also enjoyed spending some time by the fire pit in the courtyard in the evenings. The hosts made "checking in" a breeze - there really wasn't anything to do but follow the instructions and enjoy!

Great location, space needs a little love

Great Location and space was clean. Living space is very small but pricing is commensurate. Some repairs needed, biggest problem was cracks in vinyl plank flooring that could lead to tripping or foot cuts if walking without shoes.

Passing Through

We chose the property as an option for a place to sleep for a few nights while we passed through NY to MA. The place was perfect for a few good nights of sleep, and was great for a wind down in the evening after being out in the heat and humidity all day. We loved that there was so much within walking distance (shops, places to eat, parks, hikes, etc.). We strongly recommend to any visitors taking the Lake Trolley along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. That was our favorite day spent!
