Room was clean, had kitchen equipment if you wanted to make food, and communication from hotel management was excellent. Good place to stay if you need to cover a day or two of accommodations.

Clean room, easy access, quiet. We were only staying over night and it was perfect for getting a few hours of sleep after going out. There’s a few nice shops and cafe's nearby you can walk to easily.

It really had everything we needed, location was near many of the stores making it accessible, beaches nearby were also beautiful! TV has streaming services! Only downside was that our room needed a little extra cleaning before our check in. We saw dirt in a couple places that just needed a little extra scrubbing..

Great value for budget conscious, fun location. Has hot plate for cooking. Mini fridge but no ice. Tight, but able to make meals using supplied pans & pots. Bring ear plugs for the local, vocal roosters. Parks and tennis courts nearby at Wells Park. Costco nearby-used their boxes for our clothes. Management was quick to respond. Would stay here again!

We arrived in the dark and no one was in the office. We could not get our key pad to work. Check in was a bit dicy. The property is old and dated, but it was clean. It did have a mini kitchen which was good.

Room was clean. No bugs. A/C worked. Very simple accommodations. Hallway noise and street noise was not bad but was there for sure. Very good security with cameras and lockable gate for access. Roosters freely roam and are rather vocal in the AM lol. Mo the onsite Mgr. was very helpful and kind.

While the price plays a significant factor, its proximity to eateries and shopping is also quite convenient. I rate it "Average" because privacy can be compromised due to uninsulated walls between rooms, and you can practically hear conversations from the next room. It became too noisy throughout my stay, and I didn't experience much of "Quiet Time" due to the noise from the two adjoining rooms.

Not bad

Pros: - Service was great. The host we talked to on the phone was extremely nice and accommodating when our first payment method didn't go through, and he let us check in a little early which was super appreciated. - Comfy bed - Very walkable area to shops and restaurants - Free parking as long as you get there early enough for a space and ideally don't need to go in and out a lot Cons: - Price is high for what feels like a motel, but was cheapest I could find in the area so maybe Hawaii is just expensive everywhere. - It took a long time for the AC unit to cool the super hot room (but was thankful it was there) - Kinda run down/old bathroom - the sliding door to the bathroom was broken and the shower was tiny. Overall I don't think I'd stay here again but I'm also almost 40. I think it'd be great for younger couples or folks traveling solo who don't need to be in their rooms much.
