The location is close to a superb choice of fine dining restaurants and cafes, a mere 7-minute drive to Huskisson, 2-minute drive to Vincentia Shopping Village and 5-minute drive to HomeCo Vincentia. The Country Club Vincentia is 200m away, serving the best Chinese food in the Shoalhaven and includes a picturesque, challenging 18-hole golf course for golfers of all skill level.

Blenheim Beach and Nelson Beach are a short stroll where dolphin parades and whales are often spotted. Take the trail directly adjacent Waldegrave House which leads to Hyams Beach, a short 20-minute hike and grab a delicious quality breakfast at the cafe. After a refreshing swim, take the scenic route back along ‘White Sands Walk’ or continue along the pathway that connects several stunning white sand beaches all the way to Huskisson. Explore other amazing beaches within ‘Booderee National Park’, purchase a day pass and visit the pristine waters at ‘Murrays Beach’ and ‘Caves Beach’. For the fishing enthusiasts try your luck at Murrays Beach or at Huskisson.

The house comfortably welcomes up to 10 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms or 8 guests in 4 bedrooms as an alternate option. There is also a separate private retreat on the property that can be booked consecutively subject to availability, suitable for up to 4 additional guests. Please enquire directly with the host about this option.

Upstairs the house features two large separate living areas that flow out onto a huge partly covered outdoor terrace including a dining area and BBQ, a perfect space that showcases spectacular views of the tranquil waters of Jervis Bay, kangaroos busking in the backyard and friendly lorikeets. Water views and glimpses are visible from the open plan living/dining space and central kitchen that is well equipped with brand new modern appliances including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of Wifi and two new 65inch Smart TVs that both include Disney Plus and Netflix with additional air conditioning provided in each living room.

Downstairs comprises of 5 spacious bedrooms and a quiet place to relax out on a large private outdoor verandah. There is a variety of bedding configurations including: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 double beds. All bedrooms have built in robes with hangers. Enjoy the use of two new modern bathrooms and large laundry with new washing machine, dryer and laundry powders for your convenience.

A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found. $50 bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the bbq is left unclean after use..
